MUGLER is a medium-sized company with headquarters in Oberlungwitz, Saxony. Since our foundation in 1990, we have developed into an established and well-known service provider as well as a neutral system integrator for telecommunications networks and infrastructure in Germany. Our customers are network operators such as Vodafone, Deutsche Telekom and Telefonica, infrastructure service providers such as Vantage Towers, DFMG and ATC as well as system technology manufacturers such as Nokia, Ericsson and Huawei. We also give our best every day for public clients such as German air traffic control, broadcasting companies, municipalities and cities as well as companies from industry, the transport and energy sectors. The medium-sized, owner-managed company Müller Industrie-Elektronik GmbH was founded in 1992 by Matthias Müller, initially as a sole proprietorship, and has developed into a specialist for industrial measurement and control technology with around sixty employees. In 2022, Müller Industrie-Elektronik stands for 30 years of expertise and know-how in measurement technology solutions for temperature, force, level and pressure measurement.

Based in Neustadt am Rübenberge in the Hanover region of Germany, the company manufactures measuring devices, sensors and digital displays, particularly for the key areas of temperature, force and pressure measurement technology. In addition, display devices and evaluation instruments for signal processing round off the extensive product range. Quality management and customer satisfaction are essential components of the company philosophy.

esd electronics develops and manufactures hardware and software for industrial automation technology with a focus on customer-specific solutions. Customers come primarily from the automotive, mechanical engineering, medical technology and aerospace sectors. Training courses and workshops complement the range of services. The products are sold worldwide directly and via distributors.

The focus of the engineering activities is on the development of hardware and software for our own standard products and for customer-specific designs. The customer is supported from the analysis of the task through development to series production.  

For series production, esd electronics works together with OEM partners. The final functional tests are always carried out in-house. A large proportion of the test systems are developed and programmed in-house. The know-how acquired in this process is also used in the development of test systems for customers.

The IPH – Institute for Integrated Production Hannover gGmbH takes a holistic view of production. Since our founding, our guiding question has been: How can we network all areas of production technology with each other? Our topics developed from Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) to Industry 4.0 and Artificial Intelligence.

IPH employees deal with all areas of a factory in an interdisciplinary manner: starting with logistics, which networks all processes with each other, to production automation, which digitizes and automates work processes, to the optimized production of individual components in process technology.

The IPH conducts research and development in the field of production technology, advises industrial companies and trains young engineers. The IPH was founded in 1988 as a spin-off of Leibniz University Hannover. To this day, it is run as a non-profit limited liability company by three professors from the university.

With the “Magnetic Information Platform” (MIP), MIP Technology GmbH offers an innovative alternative to existing identification technologies. It can be used as a robust solution in the industrial environment and opens up areas in which existing technologies, such as e.g. optical codes or RFID cannot be used due to the prevailing process conditions.

The core component of the MIP is the ID tag. This consists of a magnetic storage layer, which is protected in a metallic sandwich structure. This achieves the unique robustness against mechanical influences. The thermal usability was tested up to 325 °C.

The company T&O Display Solutions GmbH opened in 1990 as DISPLAY 2000 Electronic Systems GmbH and has been successful in the construction of industrial monitors and computers ever since. We pursue high quality not only in our products, but also in our processes. For this reason, we are DIN EN ISO9001 certified. We produce all kinds of monitors with and without touch from 4.3″ to 24″, customer-specific HMIs, customer-specific industrial PCs and panel PCs. In addition to production, the development department plays a very important role. Together with its production, it is the heart of our company. Here, innovative products are developed or tailored to the respective requirements together with our customers and the devices are individually designed. In addition, we have a well-equipped assembly and test infrastructure. This enables us to guarantee our customers the most cost-effective and on-time production of their products.

Having successfully implemented several hundred national and international projects in recent years, we know what moves our customers. From special machine construction to packaging machines, the food and pharmaceutical industries to conveyor technology, robotics and automation – we have already implemented diverse and complex projects in numerous sectors. Many of our customers feel the same way before a collaboration. A high volume of incoming orders combined with a shortage of skilled workers makes it almost impossible to plan assembly projects precisely. Planned resources are already fully utilized in mechanical and electrical assembly. These capacity limits ultimately restrict growth and agility in the projects.
